What information do I need to include on the ALEC samples?

Information on the submission samples needs to be representative of the information you will be placing on RFID labels and tags to be displayed in Walmart stores. Required fields are: UPC digits and item description. Examples of other information fields include Barcode, Style number, Color, Country of origin.

What needs to be submitted to the ARC Lab ALEC Program?

Ship only the physical encoded labels. No product is needed. Before shipping the labels, you will use the online submission form to submit six photos and a video of samples of your product with the labels attached. Refer the ARC – ALEC program Lab instruction page for detailed steps.

How long does the approval process take?

The approval process typically takes about 2-3 weeks once labels are received at the ARC Lab

What comes after the ALEC program approval?

After the ARC – ALEC Lab approves your samples, you can order production of your RFID labels. B&G has global locations to produce these labels for you, including right here in the USA!

What is the cost involved in ordering samples from B&G?
